Grievance forms are to be completed when complaints are not resolved to the satisfaction of the staff. Anchor Behavioral Solutions LLC (ABS) strives to provide fair and prompt consideration to all staff complaints. ABS encourages all employees to use the grievance procedure without fear of prejudice or retaliation, and with the assurance that his/her confidences will be respected. It is the policy of ABS to provide an effective and timely method for staff to bring forth any Anchor related issues and concerns. These issues and concerns may include, but are not limited to performance, policies, procedures, or problems with Anchor employees, clients or families. This form will be reviewed by the Human Resources Department, and follow up with complainant will occur no later than 2 business days. If the complainant chooses to remain anonymous, the Human Resources Department will document the complaint and follow up with the responsible department where necessary to ensure that the complaint is resolved.
