Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)

Anchor Behavioral Solutions provides a unique opportunity to work with children and adults. Services for children include home-based ABA and center-based social skills groups. Services for adults consist of the oversight of the work of future BCBA’s and Behavior Technicians.

As part of Anchor Behavioral Solutions, the BCBA will conduct various descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments (e.g., functional behavior assessments) and skill-based assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK, etc.). The BCBA then provides behavior analytic interpretations of the results and designs comprehensive ABA treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and behavior analytic research literature. The BCBA provides training and supervision to Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts, Registered Behavior Technicians, Behavior Technicians, ABA Therapists, and other responsible parties tasked with implementing behavior analytic interventions. The BCBA then supervises and monitors a client’s treatment progress through data-based progress monitoring. The BCBA also provides training to the client’s parents/guardians and other responsible parties. Department: Children’s ABA and Adult Behavior Support Services.
