Client Care Department
Anchor Behavioral Solutions works to ensure we provide the highest-quality services possible to all of its clients and families. The Client Care Department’s purpose is to monitor Anchor’s delivery of quality assurance by conducting quarterly check-ins, regularly scheduled treatment team meetings and annual surveys. Anchor’s Client Care Department is also responsible for completing intakes of all new clients, synchronizing the primary stages of Anchor services to make certain services are being delivered properly, maintaining records for current clients (this includes Medical Clearance and/or Physicals, which must be completed at least annually), and completing discharges.
